I started out drawing him as some random Vampire monster or zombie

then I thought he looked like Professor X

but I had already drawn him standing

then it dawned on me that he looked like the old Spider-Man villain The Vulture

and with a few minor tweaks he was done

you could say he is kinda similar to all 3
